Instructional Coach
Instructional coaches work cooperatively with teachers and administrators to develop teaching strategies, lesson plans, and opportunities for co-teaching. They might also model strategies and lessons, giving teachers the opportunity to see how the new approaches can be implemented.
The Instructional Coach, having both content and instructional expertise, will work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning and teacher practice. The Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professional learning that will expand and refine the understanding about researched-base effective instruction for teachers. In order to meet this purpose, the Instructional Coach will provide personalized, 1:1 support based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers.

Paraprofessional:
Drayton School seeks a paraprofessional to make a positive difference in students' lives! Hours are flexible (work 2-5 days a week), and training will be provided. We ask that the applicant be excited to work with students, reliable, and flexible with job duty assignments. The role requires a high school diploma. Every day is a new adventure when you invest your talents in children! Please note that there are ongoing opportunities in the state for para-to-special education teacher programs available.
