I am originally from Pembina, ND where I met my husband who is my high school sweetheart. I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. I live in Grand Forks, ND with my husband, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. My daughter Harper is 3 years old, and my son Calvin is 1.5 years old.

I have taught first grade here in Drayton for the past 6 years. This year is my 7th year here.

In first grade, we read some of the best books, solve all kinds of math problems, write and illustrate like real authors, and explore many kinds of living creatures in science.
